Lars Kristoffersson (Farmer and Volunteer Corporal) born 1879 in Nås and grew up in Stora Tuna, Borlänge, Sweden and Elin Karolina Johansson 1876 Undenäs, Karlsborg, Sweden. Emigrated to the USA on June 9, 1905 with destination Tacoma Washington. Lars and Elin will have a grandson named Kris Kristofferson.

Albert Emil Fredrik Holmqvist was born on 19 September 1872. The parents were the saddle maker Johan Edvard Holmqvist (1837–1879) and Maria Nilsson (1848–1894).

Carl Anton Svensson 17 year old farm boy emigrated from the small village of Månasken (Moonlight) near Olofström in Blekinge County Sweden. In 1896 he came to the United States and created one of the largest companies in food processing.
